No, as minimum as one order is all it takes
for us to shipped your order.

We deliver to all over the world. If you are outside Malaysian, please email me before making an order.
- What payment methods are
you using?
For the time being, we only provide payment by bank transfer to our Maybank account.
- Can I pay using my Credit
Card?
No, at the moment only by bank transfer to our Maybank account.
- How long the products will
arrive to me?
Depending on the method of shipment you
choose when you make the purchase. Please refer here.
If you change your mind on the shipment after you had completed the
checkout, please let us know. We will be happy to assist you.

operate 365 days a year.

- When should I register?
You can register HERE or before making the purchase
or during making the checkout. Either way, the system will bring you to a
successful purchase. Please make the registration as complete as possible.
- How do I see my account
details?
After you login, there will be a "Account Maintenance" under the "Advance Search" tab. Please go there. You
could see your:
- Account Maintenance : update your billing information and your
password.
- Shipping Information : add and maintain shipping addresses.
- Order Information : view order status and the payment details.
- I forgot my password, what
should I do?
Click the "Lost password" link in
the login window. You are require to provide the system with your username
and e-mail address which you had used during registration.
- Is it safe to make purchase
here?
Our system does not keep any important
information about your payment method. All payment must be done using
other provider's system (e.g. Online Banking).
- Why aren't there any shipping options
appeared during checkout?
Please check your shipping address, whether
it's with the correct information or you might have forgotten to fill it.
