- You can
start selecting your cookies of interest in the "Order Online" or by using the "Product Search".
- Browse
until you can see each of the item picture with the quantity box (you can
specify how many quantity you like) and click the "add to cart"
button.
- Please
make sure the quantity number and add to cart the item you wish to purchase.
- Add all
the item you wish to purchase.
- After
done selecting, proceed to "Show Cart" and select
"Checkout".
- For "Shipping
Address". There are 2 possibilities; 1. If you have no prior account with us,
please fill up the information required and register. Then, you can continue
further.
- Shipping
Address. 2. If you already have an account with us, please login and all the details will
appear. You only need to continue by selecting "next".
- Shipping
Methods. You will see all your selection details which you could still make
amendment or deletion to your order. Please make selection to the shipment methods available
and select "next". If there is no available shipment option, please check your account details especially the address. It is important that you have the postcode correctly written.
- Normally there should be 2 selections, Surface
parcel or Poslaju. For details on shipment methods, please read
HERE.
- Payment
Method. Currently there are only one method of payment, which is by making payment to our Maybank account. It could be done via online banking or you could personally go to the bank and bankin to our account. Our bank details will be emailed once you complete the order in step 12.
- Select "next".
- Complete
Order. Here you could view your overall order request. You could go back to any
of the previous step by selecting the topic below the icon. You also could
leave any notes to us. Complete the process by selecting the "Confirm
Order" button.
- Purchasing
considered successful once the payment had been made / reach to us. The ordered
items will be shipped once the payment received.
